Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access. When downgrading, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens after the free trial?
After 30 days, you choose a plan that fits. No automatic renewal — you decide. Your data is preserved.
Do instructors and divemasters count as staff?
No! Instructor and divemaster accounts are always free and don't count toward your staff limit.
What exactly is a module?
A module is a feature you add to your platform. For example Rentals, Bar/POS, Dive Trips or CRM. You choose which modules you need.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You pay the plan price plus any extra modules or staff. Transaction fees for online payments are charged separately by the payment provider.
