1. Wie zijn wij

DiveJunk en BlendJunk zijn diensten van Dive Junk. DiveJunk is een online platform voor duikwinkels en duikers. BlendJunk is een gas blending app voor technische duikers en vulstations.

2. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij

DiveJunk platform:

  • Accountgegevens: naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, bedrijfsnaam
  • Profielgegevens: duikbrevetten en certificeringen
  • Transactiegegevens: bestellingen, vullingen en betalingen
  • Technische gegevens: IP-adres, browsertype, apparaatinformatie
  • Gebruiksgegevens: hoe u onze dienst gebruikt

BlendJunk app:

  • Labelgegevens: naam en team/club naam (opgeslagen lokaal op uw apparaat)
  • Gasanalyse gegevens: Oâ‚‚, He percentages, drukwaarden (alleen lokaal verwerkt)
  • Fles-identificatie: Tank ID's via NFC of QR scan (opgeslagen lokaal)
  • Bluetooth verbindingsgegevens: analyser en sensor koppelingen (opgeslagen lokaal)
  • Synchronisatiegegevens: indien DiveJunk sync is ingeschakeld, worden gasanalyses naar uw DiveJunk account gesynchroniseerd

Belangrijk: BlendJunk werkt volledig offline. Alle sensordata, blendberekeningen en printerinstellingen worden uitsluitend lokaal op uw apparaat opgeslagen. Er wordt geen account vereist. Alleen wanneer u de optionele DiveJunk synchronisatie activeert, worden analysegegevens naar de DiveJunk server verstuurd.

4. Met wie delen wij uw gegevens

Uw gegevens worden alleen gedeeld met de duikwinkel of organisatie waar u klant bent. Wij verkopen uw gegevens nooit aan derden.

BlendJunk deelt geen gegevens met derden. Alle data blijft op uw apparaat, tenzij u DiveJunk synchronisatie inschakelt.

5. Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen, waaronder versleuteling en toegangscontrole.

6. Bewaartermijn

  • Accountgegevens: zolang u een actief account heeft
  • Financiële gegevens: minimaal 7 jaar conform belastingwetgeving
  • BlendJunk lokale gegevens: totdat u de app verwijdert of gegevens handmatig wist

7. Uw rechten

U heeft het recht op:

  • Inzage in uw gegevens
  • Correctie van onjuiste gegevens
  • Verwijdering van uw gegevens
  • Bezwaar tegen verwerking
  • Overdraagbaarheid van uw gegevens

8. Cookies

Wij gebruiken geen tracking- of marketingcookies. Alleen functionele sessiecookies die noodzakelijk zijn voor de werking van het platform.

BlendJunk (de app) gebruikt geen cookies.

2. What data we collect

DiveJunk platform:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name
  • Profile data: dive certifications
  • Transaction data: orders, fills and payments
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information
  • Usage data: how you use our service

BlendJunk app:

  • Label data: name and team/club name (stored locally on your device)
  • Gas analysis data: Oâ‚‚, He percentages, pressure values (processed locally only)
  • Cylinder identification: Tank IDs via NFC or QR scan (stored locally)
  • Bluetooth connection data: analyzer and sensor pairings (stored locally)
  • Sync data: if DiveJunk sync is enabled, gas analyses are synchronized to your DiveJunk account

Important: BlendJunk works fully offline. All sensor data, blend calculations and printer settings are stored exclusively on your device. No account is required. Only when you activate the optional DiveJunk synchronization are analysis data sent to the DiveJunk server.

BlendJunk does not share any data with third parties. All data remains on your device unless you enable DiveJunk synchronization.

5. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption and access controls.

6. Retention

  • Account data: as long as you have an active account
  • Financial data: minimum of 7 years in accordance with tax legislation
  • BlendJunk local data: until you delete the app or manually clear data

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability
  • File a complaint with the supervisory authority

8. Cookies

We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. Only functional session cookies necessary for platform operation.

BlendJunk (the app) does not use cookies.
